Install went great, 2 days after paper work was done it was up and running, it took them 3 hours to fit the system, great team internally and external fitters, I would highly recommend them. I initially invested a total of $500 over a period of 5 weeks. My bonus/profit was $6,050, every attempt to make withdrawal failed and I was instructed to make another deposit of $2,500 before I can make withdrawals which I did. till now, I'm still unable to make withdrawals and all attempts to contact brokers have failed. This is very pathetic and I felt so bad losing my investment. I did a due diligence test before investing with them but guess what I ended up getting burned. We used Solar Xpress after a recommendation from our Neighbours. They were helpful and polite in the pre sales process, unlike other companies, they did not repeatedly phone me for updates, knowing I would compare multiple offers. Their prices were reasonable and to close the deal they offered good incentives. But probably my biggest amazement was as soon as the deal was signed (Thursday) I had fitters on site on Thursday, although due to inclement weather they could not complete the installation till Friday. Chose Solar Xpress for my solar/Battery installation after consulting many other providers, felt Solar Xpress were the best choice due to decent price and a feeling that they would still be around in ten years+ time, a feeling I did not get from many of the cheaper quotes. the equipment quoted was checked and found to be good quality. Team arrived to install but the weather was horrendous (65mph winds) so rescheduled and another team came a few days later, both teams were found to be keen, professional and a credit to Solar Xpress, installation was completed in one day and other than routing of data cable (due to my house configuration that I have in hand) the system is now in operation and the after sales and payment was painless and have had a few follow up calls checking I am happy with the install. ( not convinced that would have been the case if I had chosen one of the cheaper installers). overall good experience and would easily recommend Solar Xpress to another considering the installation of Solar and battery storage....just need them to do a solar thermal system next... We’ve had our solar panels installed for a few days now. The initial process was so easy. Oliver Russchen was who looked after us from the beginning and was really helpful, giving us all the information we needed to make a completely informed decision with no pressure at all. Once a week or so had passed and decided to go for it, we put a deposit down on the Monday, and the installation was completed on the Thursday with the roofers and the Friday with the electrician. We are over the moon with how neat and tidy the job was and felt really involved with all the decisions with the locations and installations of the panels and the inverter and battery. We have the handy app up and running, which is so exciting to monitor. The live chat with Sunsynk is super quick and helpful and really helped us with initial settings (we had to get our wifi booster set up, but once we sorted this everything was brilliant) We are already seeing amazing solar production for the time of year, and it’s allowing us to use the timers in the app to set times to top up the battery on overnight economy 7 rates so we’re using hardly any day rate. 100% would recommend this to anyone who was thinking about it or having doubts.
