I cannot recommend Solarfix highly enough. From my initial enquiry they were able to advise what system was best suited for my usage and talk me through the system and how it would work. The installation was arranged to suit me and through to installation and post install queries the staff have been fantastic ensuring that all necessary documentation was filled in on my behalf and the whole process was hassle free. SolarFix did a brilliant job installing panels on my home. As per all reviews and everything I read up on the company they did everything brilliantly from start to finish. My rep, Darren, was really friendly and kept costs as low as possible for me. The installation happened sooner than anticipated and was done so quickly on the day. Post installation all the paperwork was done and a handover was completed so I understood the system properly. I have opted for a very small five panel array of 2.175kwh which is slashing my bills and emissions. It feels great to be part of the solution and I'm impressed how soon I'll get my money back for doing so, too! More...

I would highly recommend Solar Fix after our recent installation as I found them a great company to deal with. When we started the process of looking into solar panels, there were so many options available, so it was great dealing with an experienced team who could guide us through all the different selections. After doing my own research and speaking with the team at Solar Fix we also decided to go with a battery system for our home and again Darren and the team were great giving advice on this and how to get the best out of a battery system. The installation process was seamless. The team on the day were so efficient and tidy and went above and beyond to place all our equipment in the best places with as little disruption as possible to our home. Great Service. Very short lead time from order to installation. Install was swift, completed in a single day despite being reasonably complicated with 3ph tie in to a very old system. The process of ordering my solar and batteries was made so easy, with the help of Darren, he designed my system to meet my needs and some. The equipment has been installed for a week now and I still have not used a single KW. I am looking forward to actually get some sunshine now to see what the system is capable of, it has been dull and wet since install and can still meet my electricity needs. the best decision was to over-size my array on the roof after advice from Darren. Forgot to mention I also opted for the Solar diverter (eddi) to heat my hot water with surplus electric, I've had hot water every day, so now my oil boiler is fully turned off. Even more savings. I did a lot of research into selecting a solar company to install my equipment and SOLARFIX NI came out top for equipment specs, price and customer service. System installed was 6.92Kw of panels(16), 10Kw Duracell batteries, and eddi. Finally the girls in the office worked flat out in the backrgound ensuring that all the relevant paperwork etc has been filled out and sent to NIE to allow payment for exporting surplus electic. Would have no hesitation recommending Solarfix. For the initial visit; for the installation; and for subsequent follow-ups they invariably arrived on the day they said they would - and at the time they said they would. The installation was not disruptive and the installers left our premises as they had found it. The administrative team whom I dealt with (Chelsea, Hayley, Alannah) were pleasant, patient, efficient and helpful. Calls and emails were always returned promptly and any queries raised were quickly resolved. The Building Control issues were all handled by Solarfix including arranging visits and the issuing of a Certificate of Completion. More...

It was great to use Mallusk Enterprise Park Shared office space last week to get some work done for Ethnic Minority Employment & Entrepreneurship Network - EMEEN ! Awaited our first bill before review and pleasantly surprised-have been diligent re use of dishwasher, washing machine and dryer during peak generating times. App is excellent re information generated re peak input etc. Salesman was on the ball with relevant info and follow up. Admin were likewise. Workmen, one on roof and other in loft, came did the work with minimum of fuss and left the place as they found it except for shiney new panels!!!! I was recommended solar fix ni by my sister in law who recently used them. From the initial consultation with Darren right through to the final run through everything was plain sailing . The guys that installed the panels Tony and mark were very clean and efficient and made sure nothing was left behind.
