Lead up to installation was faultless and professional. The installation took place as agreed over two days and was carried out without any problems. We were impressed with the attention to detail with both the installation of the solar panels and the battery and inverter. The handover instructions were comprehensive and we know that Solar Voltaics are available should we require further assistance. The system is working well and we look forward to reducing our energy costs. Once we have a smart meter installed we will also benefit from all the excess electricity generated. Solar Voltaics stood by me even when I changed my mind and bought another house requiring a new set of figures to be produced. They arranged the scaffolding in good time and arrived promptly when they said they would. On completion, their staff stayed behind explaining all the features of the Givenergy app and what it will do for me. We had 16 black solar panels installed on our south facing roof just over 6 years ago, together with a unit that heats the hot water tank with excess sun power ! ! The quotation and information from Mike was very detailed and the installation team were excellent. The system has operated perfectly at all times, the support when required was prompt, and we think that the system has now paid for itself, so from now on it’s a bonus. Ive enjoyed a organised, efficient 3 years with a wide range of work (Domestic, Commercial, Industrial). We have always had excellent relationships with our customers providing a great service and helping out anyway we can to go that extra mile. What do you love most about your job?
We love designing bespoke systems for our customers to ensure that they have the right system for their needs. Even more so when customer's then get in touch after their installation to tell us that they can't believe how much they're saving on their energy bills!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Our business was set up back in 2010 when solar was still up and coming. Our founder had a passion for renewables and engineering; he wanted to see more people going green and saving money while they did so. Since 2010, we have installed domestic solar PV systems all over the south coast and commercial systems all over the country.
Why should our clients choose you?
We believe in quality products, quality workmanship and quality customer care. We pride ourselves on our fantastic after sales and maintenance as well as our excellent installations. We have brilliant reviews on Google and most of our business comes from word of mouth and recommendations from existing happy customers.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
We can provide an initial remote design for solar for your building as long as the imagery is there online. Then, if it's something you want to progress with, we will come out to site to carry out a survey prior to installation.
Some of our maintenance work can be done remotely too, such as firmware upgrades and checks.
