I had the pleasure to deal with Ahmed Charanek for my internal renovations. He provided structural calculations for removal of a load bearing wall and new steel beam concealed in the ceiling. He also provided the calculations for removal of 3 chimney breasts, and for an attached garage conversion.
Ahmed was flexible to modify the plans slightly adapting to particular building regulation requests.
Additionally, once the works were finished he dealt very professionally and with immense patience with the Building Regulation Office own structural engineer, who later was proven to be in the wrong.
I would not hesitate to recommend Ahmed and hopefully will be using his services again in the future. More...
