I started training with shannon 3 months ago and it has been the best decision i’ve made. My mental strength, physical strength and physique has changed dramatically. We have the best sessions filled with alot of laughter and hard-work, she always works around me and my hectic lifestyle. She always makes sure that i’m happy with how things are going and if there is any changes I would like to make to the training plan. She pushes me to be the best version of myself and motivates me to work harder. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
With every new client in the first session, I sit and have an in depth chat about their goals, limits, medical history etc, this allows me to entirely tailor packages to the individual
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency is key. If you work hard in each session and always show up, progress will be there. Listen to me and I will build you your dream body.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the people I meet and seeing them grow in confidence as they achieve their dreams. I love the conversations I have with clients and the little messages when they see a win.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My own journey!! I wanted to help people in the same positions as I once was. I started with 2 dumbells in my bedroom following YouTube workouts. Then the same in the gym. To now!!

Not currently. This is something I'd be looking to do in the future, however for a moment I love being on the gym floor too much!!!!
