From the first moment I contacted them about lights for two areas in our care home they were so incredibly helpful. They talked us through our to use them, suggested some designs and came and installed them for us. Could not have asked for more! Nathan and Greg were very helpful and knowledgeable. During their introductory visit they came up with a wealth of great and relatively inexpensive ideas to make life easier around our new home. We are quite old fashioned and have not really embraced tech. They pitched their ideas at a level which we could understand without being at patronising or condescending. It was also refreshing that there was no "hard sell"; we did not feel pushed into spending beyond our means and their prices for providing and installing various products seemed very reasonable. Some of their ideas are great for enabling people with disabilities to maximise their independence.
