Step 1 | Initial Consultation & Surveying
We’ll visit your home to get all the measurements needed for getting your project started. Then will have a meeting prior to start the design stage.
Step 2 | Design
We produce architectural drawings whilst working closely with you to bring your ideas to life.
Step 3 | Planning
Through liaison with planning officers in your council, we’ll advise you on available planning options and we’ll manage your chosen planning route on your behalf.
Step 4 | Construction
At this stage we will prepare technical drawings with collaboration with other consultants to get Building Control approval and start the construction process.
Step 5 | Aftercare
Upon completion of a client's project, we ensure they receive all-round support in the maintenance of their project within our warrant period.
