Rubbish Service. Payroll processed "LATE" multiple times to the HMRC. VAT submitted at eleventh hour. Took me on as a client when I wanted my accounting to be done in Xero claiming that they can handle the accounts and book-keeping. Lacking knowledge in Xero and I had to post most of the manual journals myself! STAY AWAY!! More...

Prices are great however it is reflected on the quality you get. Very poor communication, extremely rude ad impatient on a phone. To add, unprofessional and fed up sounding receptionists. I do have an account with them and still have been waiting for a call back for 3 days, might be due to the amount of work they are handling but I don't think that should be an excuse to that type of behaviour.
