Throughout the whole process, Nick was very professional yet personable. He kept us informed every step of the way. He encountered a few problems during the installation but it never fazed him. The whole thing was completed in the time stated and at the price stated. He and his assistant were very considerate of our property, taking the rubbish away and even vacuuming when they finished. I have 4 skylight windows out of warranty that gradually ceased to work properly and couldn't be trusted to be left open incased it rained. They needed TLC but until I discovered Skylight Express I had 4 unused windows. Nick investigated what was wrong and left me with 4 working windows. There is a maintenance program which I will use so that we aren't in the position where we can't use our windows again. Great service and good value. More...

I arranged for this company to install our 8 Velux windows, I can comment as follows: Skylight Express quoted for the work exactly as i wished. They arrived on time and their work ethic is at a very high level. After each window installation all dust/debris was cleaned away. They were always polite and kept me advised as work progressed. I felt totally comfortable in having them work at my home. In conclusion, I would say this company offer competitive rates and their work quality is second to none, a truly professional company. Excellent service from start to finish. We had a sun funnel installed to lighten up a very dark area in our bungalow. Nick was very polite , professional and friendly - he knew exactly what he was doing which inspired confidence in his work and he didn’t let our confidence down. He will be our first port of call if we decide on skylights for using our loft in the future. And he and Layland (hope I’ve spelt that correctly) cleared everything up so you would not know we had work done at all. The sun funnel works great! More...

From our fist contact with Skylight Express they were extremely open and honest about their young company. Nick was a great help in the decision process making sure that I understood what was available and what would be right for my purposes and explaining all of the options. He then visited to take measurements and once i had chosen he prepared a quotation which was clearly explained. The work was carried out over two days with the building inspector visiting in the second day to give approval. From my first contact to the work being completed was one month which was much less than I had expected. It is a shame that I will not need another Velux window fitting because I would most definitely use Skylight Express again. More...

I was very impressed by Nick from Skylight Express from the onset of our first chat together. He was clear about the work he was going to carry out and his fees. Once he arrived he made sure to spot check all the windows, and I felt very reassured not only with his maintenance/service work but also with his experience of the product and advice on various options.

Nick was friendly and ensured my property remained clean after the job was completed. Nick also went above and beyond by doing a little extra work to ensure my windows were functioning for me.

Very please with the work Nick has done for us. We had 2 x remote controls fitted to a couple of our Velux windows. It’s great being able to lie in bed and open the windows remotely, very lazy.
