My roof tiles were dirty and covered in thick moss that was constantly coming away and falling in the front and rear garden and been meaning to do something about it for a long time and then boom Charlie was next door jet washing the roof. I saw what a marvellous job he did and immediately got him round to do mine. Very friendly with great communication and fast response time. He did an amazing job clearing the mess up afterwords. Charlie and his team were amazing. What started as a tiny tile replacement job became a full roof replacement when we realised that some of the underlying timbers were water damaged and the roof was not weatherproof. All throughout, Charlie made every effort to keep the project as low cost and low impact as possible for us without skimping on the quality of the work. We absolutely did need a new roof btw, I saw the damage with my own eyes before agreeing to anything and I know enough about roofs to recognise what was needed. We were so well looked after and Charlie really pulled the stops out to keep disruption to a minimum when we explained that one of our household members is highly sensitive to noise and unexpected changes. Our neighbours also commented on the quality of Skye High's work and the excellent behaviour of Charlie's crew. The end result is a beautiful roof, done in record time by a great team.
