We will manage the preparation of the annual accounts and file online with Companies House within 5 working days. There is a fine of £150 if the accounts are not received by the deadline and this increases to £375 after 30 days and can reach £1500 if more than 6 months.

HMRC Corporation Tax Return
Every company is required to file an annual tax return with HMRC. We will prepare your tax return and file them online with HMRC. You will also receive the final submission results confirming HMRC receiving the document.
There is a £100 penalty for every return delivered late. Companies in their first year are required to file 2 tax returns and will receive a £100 fine for each return if filed late.

PAYE Registration & Payroll Services
Company directors are required to report wages from their company to HMRC through PAYE. From April 2025, every company director who takes at least £5,000 as a salary will need to register their company as an employer. The salary must be reported to HMRC through monthly payroll and not Self-Assessment. Your company will be liable for Employers National Insurance Contributions.
