Yes, we provide most of our services remotely, and this is generally our preferred way of working. Remote support allows us to respond quickly, maximise our time to help more customers, and resolve issues without the need for a visit. From cyber security advice and IT consultancy to troubleshooting and system setup, we can securely connect to your devices and guide you through solutions step by step. Where in-person support is required, we can arrange that too, but remote support is often the fastest and most convenient option for our clients.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We continue to prioritise customer safety. Most of our services are delivered remotely, which removes the need for in-person visits wherever possible. If a site visit is required, we follow safe working practices including maintaining social distancing, using appropriate protective measures, and sanitising equipment. This way, clients can feel confident that their health and safety are always protected.
