I recently used this service through Bark and unfortunately had a very frustrating experience. After filling out a few questions, a man named Mark contacted me within 30 minutes.
His reviews were all five stars, so I decided to go ahead with the booking. While there was some miscommunication on my end (due to lack of sleep), I apologized and expected the service to proceed as discussed. Mark offered availability in two weeks, and I was okay with the wait, especially since I was looking forward to having the work done for my children to see.
However, when the day arrived (28th January), Mark couldn’t make it, which I understood. He did offer an apology and a £10 discount, which I appreciated. We then rescheduled for the next day, 29th January, at 9 AM. I rearranged my schedule and moved things around in my home again to accommodate the appointment.
At 9 AM, I was waiting, but by 9:30, there was still no sign of him. I tried calling and messaging with no response. It wasn’t until around 2 PM that he finally got back to me, only to inform me that he wanted to send someone else to do the work. This was frustrating, especially since I had clearly communicated my needs and the fact that I had a school run to manage. It felt inconsiderate to be left hanging like this, especially after I had made significant efforts to prepare for the appointment.
I understand that things happen, but the lack of communication and professionalism made this experience very disappointing. If you value your time and want to ensure reliability, I would suggest looking elsewhere for services. I would rate this company zero stars if I could, and I would not recommend using them.

What do you love most about your job?
People like and trust us enough to come back and over the years, we've seen babies take their first steps, weve had conversations with kids whose parents had the tv mounted prior to their arrival. Its a really nice ability to be able to drop into peoples lives for the hour and catch up.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My daughter was born and I wanted to the opportunity to be more present
Why should our clients choose you?
We are priced so that you will use us again and again. Every install is different but we've done so many, we already know exactly what we are walking into and we have a solution in place for every eventuality.

Not remotely however with complex installs, we use whatsapp and messenger for photos and advice.
Cable Embedding
We can bury your cables in the wall and leave ready for you to sand down and paint a couple days later, leaving a completely cable free solution.
TV Mount with Trunking
Standard service for us which includes upto 1.5m of vertical trunking included in the price. No cables get left behind!
