One that makes you stand out and look your best. It's all about communication - getting your message across clearly. It has to function intuitively, responsively (as in, on all devices and screen sizes) and efficiently while looking beautiful. It should also be discoverable (i.e. through search engines) without compromising the user experience whatsoever.
