I was looking to get my new property carpeted all the way through and I came across shoreline carpets i rang them up and Lorraine was so nice and polite and helpful she went above and beyond for me and kept within my budget which was really nice the day before I had the carpet down they put the underlay down then the following day carpet was laid very professionally done cleaned up after themselves I couldn't fault there work i would definitely recommend to my friends and family so helpful from start to finish im loving my new carpet ❤️

I will absolutely recommend Shoreline Carpets. When I first went in to the shop, Lorraine made me feel really welcome and nothing was too much. She helped me out with choosing the right product that would suit us as a family. Lent me samples. Carpet and LVT we brought and are over the moon with it. We had to keep delaying the project and Lorraine was very accommodating to this. Our LVT went in just before Christmas and are super happy with it. Then last week Hussain and his team came to fit it our carpets. So thorough and quick again nothing was too much, even helped moved furniture for us. From the moment I entered Shoreline shop in Lancing, I was greeted by Lorraine who put me at ease and helped me by talking through the different types of flooring I needed for my kitchen/dinner. I wanted carpet on the dining side and wooden flooring on the kitchen side. After finally making up my mind, I had my kitchen flooring fitted today. To say I am pleased with the outcome is an understatement, it looks bloody amazing and I can't thank Lorraine enough for the advice and for Hussein for doing a great job with the fitting. I am so late writing this review- However...if you need any thing carpet or flooring Lorraine is the only man and woman for the job! She will always work best to help the customer. Really will go above and beyond to help and in a world of chatbots and people unable to speak on the phone- its RARE! Even if things do not go to plan out of her control she is amazing at navigating her way around obsticles to give you an amazing finished product. I used her for my home in her families business in Crawley. She opened shoreline and I have used her directly now in her own branch for a number of properties and my offices. The products are very good and at times I have chosen and she had advised me if there is a better suitable product and also for a better rate not just to her advantage. The fitters are all very hard working and to a very high standard, clean up after themselves and honest . I am about to sell my home and actually sad to leave my phenomal flooring they laid 😁 but new house means more business for Lorraine! I will always use shoreline for all my carpets and floorings needs and will continue to tell everyone else to because she knows good customer service, good product and wants to keep the customers happy to return. Had a bedroom carpet fitted today by Shoreline, excellent job, fitter very skilled and friendly personality, nothing was too much trouble. Carpet we had chosen was of good quality with a good grade underlay. Looks great in my son's bedroom. Happy days!! After endless searching online and visiting show rooms, I was looking for a textured dark oak effect laminate type for our downstairs bathroom. We didn’t even know about this store and what an absolute gem of a find. Lorraine (store owner) was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable on all flooring types they stocked but more importantly what would work best, taking into account, backing, moisture levels etc. I can not thank Lorraine and her husband enough as I truly felt like they listened to what we were trying to achieve, for durability and within our budget. Usually I would expect to be told that there's a 3-6 week lead time for a job like this (Lounge - enginneered wood). However, Less than a week after ordering, the job is done (subject to doing the skirting myself)! Looks amazing too. We had a great experience. Super friendly in store. We had a full living room, dining room and hallway done in the rustic oak smoke stain 11157. The prices for engineered oak was cheaper than what we had experienced being sold in other stores. Lorraine was incredible patient with me, as I got the measurements incorrect and was indecisive about colours. The fitters were with good attention to detail. Beautiful job done especially around the fire places. Lorraine and her husband both popped by to check how the job was going.
