Following the successful sale of a previous multi-million pound telecoms company, the management team collectively agreed to remain in the industry and to invest in something new, improved and exciting for customers – Shine Networks was formed in 2015 and shortly after, the ShineCloud service was launched.

Today, the carrier platform serving ShineCloud customers, boasts upwards of 2 Million configured connections/seats and handles on average over 5 Million calls per day.
The foundations to Shine’s success are its teams of highly trained, loyal and customer focused staff. The pro-active approach of courtesy calling clients each quarter, responding swiftly to support queries and having a cost effective, feature-rich product in ShineCloud, has led to exceptional customer satisfaction levels.
