Within 24 hours of using BARK to find someone to do repairs on our roof, Christopher from SG Roofing attended my property.
Christopher was easy to talk to, and after showing him some photos he inspected the outside of the roof and took photos showing the roof tiles had moved which had caused the roof felting had come away and that the chimney was unsafe. Christopher talked through the work required and gave me a quote and followed this up with a detailed list of the work his firm would complete along with a 20 year guarantee for the work undertaken, and confirmed that any damage caused during the work would be repaired at no additional cost.
After reviewing a number of quotes, we agreed to go with SG Roofing who then arranged for scaffolding to be erected the following week. Unfortunately during the repairs, Christopher advised that additional work needed to be done with additional beams added to support the roof, and provided photos to show the problem. However, this along with the originally agreed repairs were still completed within one day, and the scaffolding was removed the following day, so the repairs were completed within two weeks of the original quote.
Christopher was true to his word, has excellent people skills, and takes pride in the work undertaken by his firm, and was happy for me to inspect the repairs carried out. We are very happy with the work completed by SG Roofing, and, and would be happy to recommend them to other people.

Responded quickly, initial quote was raised after further investigation revealed all beams including apex and felting and 75% tiles needed replacing. Job done very quickly.
