What do you love most about your job?
The people. The clients and the staff. Cleaning is a people business and there is nothing more satisfying than happy clients and happy staff. With a background as an HR Director for blue-chip organisations, and a Masters Degree in Human Resources – I can happily use this background and knowledge to create a happy place for our clients and our people.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We wanted to make a difference. A difference to the people who work in the cleaning industry; a difference to the clients who receive the service, to bring professionalism, strong relationship management and a caring culture for our staff and our clients. We are able to create the environment and culture that people want to work in and clients want to work with, and we are able to adapt and change as needed to deliver outstanding client service at a much faster pace than working for some one else.
