What do you love most about your job?
Working together with clients on a common goal. Helping them achieve an understanding of their place and their influence on the strategies and tactics we deploy on their behalf. I especially enjoy that feeling of shared endeavor, pride and victory with the clients as it feels like a joint effort.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked for small and large firms, I was frustrated at the lip service paid to "doing things different". No matter what the evidence in favour of change it was always an uphill struggle to get other solicitors out of the their static view of the world. That failure to change for the benefit of our clients was frustrating. So, I decided to stop trying to persuade others to change to be the best, and just become the best myself.

There is a challenge to family law and it is based more in getting the right result for the client rather than the common solicitor approach of "winning". We utilise the most modern negotiation strategies and tactics and right from the beginning we are looking at the best result. The strategies we use are derived from Harvard Business School and have proven integral to achieving the best results for clients in negotiation.
The strategic and tactical planning is brought into court as well. We are always playing the long game but aware that short term "wins" are necessary in achieving that goal. Again, we always look to innovate in Court, in negotiation and in helping you achieve your goal.
