They installed a sturdy foundation with concrete and rebar topped with limestone tiles. They built a brick wall with pier caps and coping stones to add elegance to the house. The Victorian chequered floor features a bullnose step, and the house base's silicone rendering completes the look.

I'm so glad I chose Selmani Construction Ltd to transform my garden. It involved a lot of digging, removal of decking and replacing it with paving, installing new fences at front and back of the house, laying some artificial grass. We had a new fence installed and paving replaced.
Kalosh and his team were very professional, polite and efficient working throughout some horrendous weather. They consulted us on each stage and advised best solutions to resolve a few snags that neighbours builders had caused in the past.
All work was carried out on budget and in time. They also returned a few days later to make sure that everything was settled and ok.

They took care to ensure that any disruption to the house was kept to a minimum, and they cleaned every day once they had finished. Really excellent collaborative project from Selmani Construction Ltd. Kalosh, Musa & Renaldo and others as required did an outstanding job on my garden. Always on time by 8.00am, refusing tea/coffee till mid morning, worked hard doing exactly what I envisaged, worked through details as they arose, and worked right through till we’ll after dark most days to get the data work done. Our brief was to:
- demolish the existing garden structures and rehouse plants
- make good our boundary wall/fences
- install composite decking
- lay artificial lawn
- lay down a concrete foundation for a garden studio (and running wires from the concrete slab, under the garden and into our fuse box).
Kalosh and his crew were not only superstars who did an amazing job but were just lovely people. They were punctual, considerate, tidy and hardworking. Above all, Kalosh wanted to do a good job that he himself was satisfied with and that we would love.
Overall, he was very consultative and made sure we were happy with every decision that was made. As the work progressed, there were invariably unexpected obstacles our garden uncovered but Kalosh would talk us through the options we had and the various implications, including cost.
The result was a resounding success and we are SO pleased we decided to work with Kalosh.

we employed KARLOSH to lay our patio he turned up before 8 am every morning until nearly dark never seen that happen before his ethics of the job is im not happy if youre not happy true to his word he laid a very large patio area in no time at all himself and his workers were a delight to have around if your looking for a professional karlosh and his team are it.
