Please do not buy from this company. They pressure sold the system to us. Took advantage of a mother of a disabled child Only done half the job Refuse to complete the job Have access to your cameras, Charge you if you want the times changing after a year each time if you don’t buy their extra warranty Finally, their is customers service is very poor

I had securico to fit cameras a year ago, had trouble from the start, in the end a few weeks ago the system stopped, I had to call in another firm in and they had to put a system in, then I found out one of the cameras was a knock off.

Do not ever use this company, they are a scam, so unprofessional, I paid them for less then 2 months my camera keeps going offline, when i call them they treat you rubbish specially LUCK and RENA they are liers I'm taking them to the court for this, the other reviews must be fake, I strongly don't recommend thoe sscamers.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. As a previous customer of Securico, I can only advise potential customers to avoid using Securico as much as possible. I purchased a CCTV system a few years ago. Initially the service was good and provided limited support when required. However outside of warranty they hold you to ransom and charge for everything possible. To a degree I do understand the need to charge, but not to the extent they do. More recently my system failed. When I spoke to them they advised they would not support me, as they no longer install QVIS. Despite my offer of paying (for callout and parts), they dropped me as a customer like a stone. After several years of loyalty I was somewhat dismayed. They advised that I must change the entire system, or they can’t help. Given this I took my custom elsewhere and have recently replaced the system. However on removing the old system considerable damage was noted under the cameras despite base rings being purchased/fitted. My installers assessment was that there was no need to cause this level of damage if fitted correctly. Some of the sloppiest workmanship I've seen. I have complained but to no avail, and just been fobbed off. Would strongly recommend finding a company that can provide a more personal level of service and not hold you to ransom. Please avoid Securico CCTV. ADDENDUM: Following Securicos response it is worth nothing that they do not know what the faulty part is, as they were never prepared to visit the site despite the offer of me paying their call out charges. In terms of the comment re "the broken wood looks very fresh", this is laughable. The photo was taken on removal of the QVIS camera's. The new supplier has installed cameras in different locations, and its just shocking they try and blame this on someone else. I had CCTV installed it worked well for a year or so then the cameras stopped working. I have been trying to get them fixed since Dec 2022 we are now in March 23. They insist on sending you email correspondence and you have to reply by email. I have requested Numerals’s times if I can have a call because then they can ask me in one call about the various wires they want me to check. I am still waiting for someone to contact me. My warranty runs out in the next few days after which point I am not concerned . What a waste of money!!! Would I recommend them to anyone ? NO! More...

I recently changed my ISP and was having a lot of problems with the connection through to my CCTV whilst away from the property "Remoting" my cameras on my phone or PC. I tried to contact Securico for help on the matter, but beyond suggesting changing the admin user password, they weren't prepared to help unless I paid, or if I forked out several hundred on a new system. The problem turned out to be a bit of simple IP and port configuration, which they could easily have offered to me, if it wasn't for their mercenary approach to customer service where they only want to get more money out of you. The Camera system was installed and later it was discovered that due to poor installation of the system, indoor cable was used on outdoor installation. They was wiring that cable tied to guttering and drainage where it was easily accessible for tampering or to be sliced. Fantastic installation. Big but I’ve had issues with these cameras from installation there’s a blur vision in the rain and light. Spiders crawl and block vision at night. Fitters are eager to rush from 1 job to another not probably showing how the system works. Company has never called me back to see how everything (Securico cctv) is going. I had 3 HikVision 5MP cameras fitted last week, the cameras are great quality, the salesman was not too pushy and the customer service has so far been fantastic. I would highly recommend.
