We contacted STS after some burglaries in our local area. Adam was prompt in responding, great at talking through our options and it really felt like he listened and understood our needs.
He installed an alarm with room sensors over a morning - he was courteous, tidy and made sure everything was left as it was after finishing up.
He was very helpful in exposing how everything worked and has even been kind enough to offer some guidance when we wanted to make some changes to the sensors to accommodate our dog.

What do you love most about your job?
Each of our clients have different needs when it comes to security, so every job we do requires a bespoke approach. This makes no two days the same. I love it!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been working in security installation for over 15 years, but whoever I worked for, I would continually come across unhappy customers, for a variety of reasons. My business was therefore born out of the desire to be in complete control of the customer journey and now I can feel confident in guaranteeing only excellent customer service to my client base.
