Thank you for your review. You asked for a refund after the application process had been started. You changed from your initial query from indefinite leave to remain to an extension mid application due to not wanting to take the life in the UK test anymore. This lead to needing additional documents due to your change of circumstances from your current visa grant. You were advised of a partial refund, followed by a telephone call to further outline the reason for the partial refund. During the telephone meeting, you decided to continue with the application process, so the work continued. You later, again, requested a full refund. You were advised of the process and informed that the application was complete and only awaiting the additional documents from yourself following your telephone call. The additional documents were never sent through and you ignored the emails after this. Please note, We take pride in our work ethic, work hard with each case trusted to us and aim to provide a reputable service with every client.
