I don’t even really know where to start … I came across Scott on Facebook as a mutual friend had used them at their wedding , from the onset I knew we’d all get along and that he was the one for our day. Lindsay was so lovely on messages and made everything straightforward. When we first met Scott at our venue we knew we had picked the right guy for the job (despite he’s choice in football teams). On the day Scott was fun, friendly and just blended into our day, he was a hit with everyone and made everyone feel at ease, we had such a laugh it was like having an extra friend for the day. Never was in the way or awkward and everyone complimented how nice he was. Now to the photos WOW we absolutely love them and everytime I look at them it’s like reliving the day and makes me cry, Scott captured us all so well and really got the best bits of the day, so many are of us laughing at that sum up our day. I don’t even know what to say as there really isn’t any words to express how much we appreciate all of Scott’s hard work from our wedding photography. I can honestly say it was the best thing we brought from the whole wedding (bar from bagging myself a husband) looking at the photos I truly looked so beautiful and he captured every picture so perfectly, from the guests to our family they are all amazing. If you want great photos of your wedding from a photographer that only has you as their focus, do not look any where else. Scott has a very special eye, he will see things you dont. Where do we start. Scott was one of our first Wedding bookings back in 2023 for our wedding a couple of weeks ago. There was just something about Scott's photography that stood out, and didn't we make the right decision. From the first email, Scott was very professional and response time to any message was very good, even whilst Scott and his family were on holiday aboard they were still in touch. Amazing! We met Scott and Lynsey at our engagement shoot, made us feel relaxed and comfortable, even had a few laughs along the way, again answering any questions we had. Scott and Lynsey did also do a meet and greet with our vicar, which we found a nice touch. The big day, wouldn't have known Scott was there, blended in with the guests amazingly, capturing our beautiful day. We came across Scott & Lindsay (the boss & PA) by pure chance, we spoke for a while via phone calls & messages and we felt a chilled relaxed vibe. When we met them at the venue prior to the day we knew we’d chosen the right team to capture our special day. On the day Scott was nothing short of amazing in every sense of the word. Nothing was too much trouble, every possible moment was captured (also the moments you wouldn’t expect). The only time I didn’t see the camera in his hand was whilst he was wiping the tears from his eyes during our children’s speeches & somehow he still managed to capture that. Scott’s boss & PA Lindsay videoed alongside Scott, she was absolutely fantastic also from start to finish. All the videos were absolutely on point & to top it off the highlight reel was perfect. They both were very professional from start to finish and in our opinion went way above any expectation we had. Oh gosh! where do I start? it has been 2 months to the day since our wedding and I absolutely cannot recommend Scott and Lindsay enough! they are simply amazing! we had the full wedding package which included the engagement shoot - with our dogs ❤️, wedding day photography including bridal prep, selfie pod and 'love' letters we also added content creation and I am so glad we did ❤️. From the start Scott and Lindsay were friendly, professional (but you can also have a great laugh with them, which is fab!!), they made us all feel comfortable when doing the more posed photos. They also took natural photos and videos that we had no idea were being taken. All of our guests were commenting on how lovely Scott and Lindsay were too! The actual photos are absolutely gorgeous, couldn't have asked for more. We received a taster 50 photos to look through and a 90 second video the VERY NEXT DAY! I mean wow that is impressive been as though it was late when they left us. The rest of the photos and videos followed a few weeks later and are presented beautifully in an online album. I sent the longer video to my mum initially and she has been watching it everyday - still is! Scott was recommended to me by one of his clients. I was looking for a professional photoshoot of myself to add to my new hypnotherapy website. I’m not photogenic at all and have never been able to take a selfie - so after explaining what I needed and how I look terrible in photos, this amazing photographer made me look amazing! I felt amazing too! I felt instantly at ease and the rapport was just wonderful during the whole shoot. Scott is like a magician with a lens and a master of the camera. I’m looking for another reason/excuse to book another shoot with Scott very soon. But, I must add something also, Lindsay, Scott’s wife is the person that I booked with. Thank you Scott for capturing our small wedding back in December 24. You made us feel at ease from first contact. Myself and my husband are camera shy and not use to posing for the camera. Scott was great at capturing unplanned moments and giving us prompts on how to pose etc. We had lovely comments on how well he blended in among everyone despite it being a small gathering. Noah, Scott's son did our photo booth in the evening which everyone loved! We have just received our usb stick with all of our wedding photos and it was sent in a lovely engraved box aswell as the usb being engraved with our names and date. From the very first contact with Scott and Lindsey they were amazing. A truly lovely couple, very personable, professional and very keen to ensure they get all the plans right for your special occasion in advance. On our wedding day it was like having extra friends for the day, they blended in amongst our guests and seemed to enjoy the day as much as everyone else and made everyone feel at ease. The pictures taken never really felt contrived and yet Scott (and Lindsey) captured so many amazing memories for us. We had some taster pictures sent through very soon after our wedding day which were beautiful and we've just received our main pictures and we are so very happy with them. Going through our gallery was like reliving our special day but with some extra little touches of things we'd missed, they really are great. Scott and Lindsey's passion for their work, their warmth and humour is evident within our pictures and our memories. Scott captured our wedding reception in July on a day when the weather was temperamental. I wanted some beach shots and Scott facilitated this during a bright spell and kept us 100% to time so we could get back to our party. The shots were A-MA-ZING, artistic and flattering, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the results. Scott photographed 2 locations for our wedding. Pre wedding shots at Dartington and the ceremony and after photographs at Cockington court. We met with Scott a good 6 months prior to the wedding to discuss the time we would need for our photographs as it was an intimate ceremony. Scott was great, friendly and he was so passionate about both the areas we had chosen and was really excited to work with us. On the day of the wedding Scott was so laid back. He was great, he made myself and my wife feel absolutely amazing. He took some fantastic photographs of what we have seen so far. All the close family thought he was great and he really did make everyone feel comfortable and relaxed. There was no pressure whatsoever, which was what we wanted. He was a good laugh aswell. We had the most amazing day on 21st May 2024! Scott was always professional and nothing was ever too much to ask. He was always prepared to have a laugh and get all the little details you wouldn’t expect to find. He started with taking photos of Rowan (groom) at our house, he then came to the venue - Berry Head Hotel in Brixham to capture my amazing bridal prep photos and then from there the MOST amazing photos from throughout the ceremony right through to our first dance, including the most STUNNING sunset. The taster photos were beyond our expectations, we are SO excited to see our full gallery (which we have received today) We certainly will have a hard decision choosing photos. After having our wedding on 27th April at Berry Head, I cannot recommend Scott enough. Not just a fantastic human being who has a lovely way with everyone, parents, grandparents, children and especially myself and my groom but he took the most amazing photos and was dedicated to getting the photos he knew would look amazing for us! The weather forecast was not on our side, so Scott took an early opportunity to get my husband and I down on the rocks at Berry Head for the most beautiful photo. However, someone was up there watching us because at 4pm the sun shone and we managed to have lots of beautiful photos out in the grounds of Berry Head. Scott came to our wedding knowing exactly what shots would look fantastic and taking on board our requests. It was a pleasure to have Scott there for our day and he made every single guest feel relaxed and comfortable, not all photographers can do that! After seeing some of the amazing work of other weddings Scott had done we decided to meet Scott at our venue before our special day once we started chatting we were confident we wanted Scott as our photographer for the day. On the day Scott and his wife Lindsay arrived well before all our guests to make sure he didn’t miss anything. He made everyone feel very relaxed and made us laugh and took many photos of the whole day discreetly and also had great ideas for some special pictures. We also had the videoing done by his wife Lindsay picking out snippets of the day and putting together an amazing 5 minute video also over 100 small short videos of the day which we found a great addition to our package . Scott helped us capture a DIY cake smash at home for our daughters first birthday and the images are absolutely amazing. He captured her personality so beautifully and got some great action shots. Wow, what can I say other than a huge thank you!! I called Scott a few weeks ago and explained we wanted to capture some family pictures, like most family's we hate having our pictures taken and dont have any recent pictures of us all together. I also explained that my dad is very poorly and we don't know from day to day how he will be, so not sure until the day if he would be well enough to come. He was amazing and so understanding, he reassued me he would be as flexible as possible and if dad was to poorly we could rearrange. We were booked for last Sunday, I had to call Scott mid week to explain dad was in hospital and we may have to rearrange, again Scott was so understanding and gave me so much reassurance by saying if he wasn't well enough we could rearrange. Thankfully dad was discharged late Fri night and was well enough to come. We all had a great time and Scott was amazing, he got us all to relax and 10 minutes in we started to really enjoy the shoot. I have recently purchased a beautiful print from Scott of a sunrise captured through trees on the cliff path near Elberry Cove. It gives me a feeling of peace and tranquility. Having been recommended to Scott two years ago for some headshots for a new business, I booked an extra hour at the time. However, it was freezing cold, so we decided to split the shoot into two sessions . As life goes, this dragged on nearly two years, but finally, the other day, we got the date in the diary, and the skies remained dry. Nothing was too much trouble; the quirky ideas I may have had were embraced with openness, and the results are fantastic. We captured my brand perfectly—from professional shots to spraying champagne to bare feet in the mud, we got it all. Scott is easy to work with, flexible, adaptable, and captured some fantastic shots that will be used for many years, I'm sure.
