What do you love most about your job?
I love capturing weddings with a relaxed approach, allowing the couples to enjoy the celebration with those that matter most to them. I love taking photos of candid interactions. Weddings are such special days that bring out all the emotions. I get to work with amazing people in amazing places on one of the best days of their life - it's an amazing job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love to capture weddings in a relaxed and unobtrusive way. For the most part, you won’t even realise I’m there! I live in Edinburgh with my wife and two children. Any spare time I have is usually spent tidying up after them! But it was having children that really ignited my passion for capturing real, candid moments. The kind of moments that you look back on in years to come, with a tear in your eye.
I like to take a step back and observe, providing the best opportunities to capture love, humour, and human connection. I’m a firm believer of the photos being about the day and not the day being about the photos!
