What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We listen to all requests made by the customer before, during and after work to ensure customers feel safe in their own homes whilst we undertake the work. For example if the customer mentioned being anxious due to vulnerability to Covid-19 , we'd take whatever steps necessary to ensure the customers needs were prioritised and met.
