Scaffsafe access and scaffolding

Jamie and his lad from Scarfsafe are very,very effective. He provided reasonable price and got a 4 platform/3 floors scaffolds done for my house within 2 days. He doesn’t refuse to work at weekends if customers are in need. He might has to shift the time 1-2 days earlier or later than arranged to coordinate other jobs, but that’s perfectly understandable for me coz once he starts, he is super fast and professional.
He has a friendly and straightforward personality, down-to-earth attitude on works and life. He is easy to communicate as long as the customers can be also considerate and caring for others as a normal human being:). Otherwise his cutie cutie temper will come,haha~ but we all have tempers in certain situations, don’t we:).
I have recommended him to my rendering companies and friends.

I'm sorry to say that my experience with this company has been quite unsatisfactory. They did not arrive on time to erect the scaffolding as scheduled. When I asked Jamie about the delay, his response was simply, "the day isn’t over yet."

When the scaffold was eventually installed, it was done in a way that completely blocked all the windows of the house. Living and sleeping in rooms with no ventilation, especially in 27°C heat, was extremely uncomfortable.

After several follow-up calls, they finally returned on Thursday and dismantled only the front section of the scaffold. Despite having enough space in the van, they said they would come back on Friday (today) at 8:00 a.m. to remove the back section. As of now, that has not yet happened.

Based on this experience, I would not use this company again. More...

hi Daniel, you text me at 8:30am saying why was I not at the job, I messaged back saying I was on another job and I would complete your job the same day as arranged and not to worry as the day isn't over yet. you think your so privileged that you click your fingers and the scaffolding comes down, I went and stripped the front scaffolding and literally had no more room on that van as it only carries 3.5 tonne. yes I did say I will be back the next day but as explained to your rude tenant who messaged me threatening me to sell the scaffolding ect that an emergency job was in and I went and sorted that out. so I'm happy to say shove your 1* review up your fat ars* because I wouldn't take your custom again anyway you over privileged tw**
