Our first meeting with Jason was via video call and he put us at ease right away! He answered all our questions before we needed to ask any and followed up our conversation with an email of everything we’d discussed. We then had a second call closer to the time of the wedding to finalise the details. On the wedding day Jason was very professional and arrived on time. Jason caught all the moments we asked for and many more! He made suggestions of shots that he thought would look great and we weren’t disappointed! Jason provided a few photos for us to take away on the day of our wedding and we were surprised that they hadn’t yet been edited! They already looked fantastic and it made us so excited to see the rest when they’d been edited. Our full online album was delivered on time a few weeks later. The photos are fantastic and were everything we wanted. We have both looked at the photos an endless amount of times already and wouldn’t hesitate to work with Jason again! More...

Jason was a absolute pleasure to work with. We met up a few months before the wedding at the venue to have a look around. He arrived early and took all the pre wedding shots, having us laughing and catching some beautiful natural laughs from us and the guests . We did some led shots which have turned out stunning!!! He caught some fantastic shots throughout the day. Some that made us laugh, some that have brought a tear to our eyes and some that have left us gazing in complete silence at how amazing the shot was. We would both 100% recommend Jason. Jason is fantastic!! We had 3 different locations for getting ready, wedding and reception, which he covered seamlessly. We wanted a relaxed feel with some candid photos over more formal, he talked us into a little private shoot and looking back this was the best decision as these are some of my favorite photos, he listened to everything we wanted and gently guided us when we were unsure on how to pose etc,. I don’t think a review can truly get across just how happy we were with Jason. From our very first conversation, he was warm, down-to-earth, and incredibly easy to talk to. He made the entire process, from planning to the wedding day to delivering the photos, feel so smooth and stress-free. We normally hate having our photos taken, and I’m usually really self-conscious in front of a camera, so it was a big source of anxiety for me leading up to the wedding. But Jason completely put us at ease. He made us feel so comfortable that we honestly forgot the camera was even there. By the end of the day, instead of feeling nervous, we were actually excited to see the photos. And when we did, wow, they completely blew us away. The photos are absolutely stunning. Jason captured every emotion, every candid moment, and all the joy of the day with so much care and talent. We booked Jason for our wedding on 5th of July 2025. From the time he arrived, he was super professional and friendly. He had 3 cameras on him at all times, switching between colour + Black and white pictures. He had great ideas for pictures throughout the day and had such a calm aura about him. He made having lots and lots of pictures taken so much fun ! Throughout the whole day my friends and family came up to me and told me how awesome he was - very approachable and always ready to get the best shot. We originally hired him for the first 4 hours- and then to return for 2 hours for the evening. I got stressed because we were running behind so he ended up doing over time but he reassured me it was okay which helped me relax again. He captured all those important and unforgettable moments and we are truly thankful. You can really see and feel that he is passionate about his job. We couldn't have asked for a better photographer, and for such a reasonable price too ! We've just received our wedding gallery (less than 1 week after the big day) and we are so excited about the photos! They are beautiful and we will have those lovely memories forever. If I could give more than 5*s I would!! We had the absolute pleasure of working with Jason for a couples/family shoot this past weekend at Wollaton Hall, and we honestly couldn’t be happier. We have three big, energetic dogs and a 7 month old baby - not exactly the easiest combination - but Jason was so calm, patient, and just amazing with all of them. From the very beginning, Jason was incredibly quick to get in touch (I think 5 minutes after I sent the request!) and was so detailed and thorough in explaining what to expect. He took the time to talk us through the shoot and even went in-depth discussing how our wedding day will unfold. He gave us some really thoughtful things to consider that we hadn’t even thought of yet, which was so appreciated. My partner and I don’t usually feel comfortable in front of the camera, but Jason made us feel completely at ease straight away. The whole experience was relaxed and fun, and the photos reflect that - they’re natural, candid, and beautifully captured. We were blown away when he sent the finished gallery within 12 hours of the shoot! The way he shares access to the photos made it so easy to instantly share them with our family, which meant a lot to us. Jason brings top-of-the-line equipment and an expert eye - the quality of the photos is absolutely incredible. He uses an impressive range of cameras to get different styles and finishes, and we especially loved the ones taken on his black and white camera - they had such a timeless, artistic feel that we instantly fell in love with. Jason made the entire process easy, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. From the very first conversation, I had no doubt he was the right person to capture these moments - and now, after working with him, I can say with complete confidence that he’s the only person we’d want for our wedding photography. Most people will judge a photographer by their pictures alone. If that was the only thing Jason brought to the party I would still rate him 5 stars as he helped us capture such a range of beautiful, funny, emotional, serious, romantic and surprising pictures over the course of our wedding that we are now struggling to narrow it down to 200 pictures for our wedding album. The thing is Jason was present at our wedding for the whole day interacting with friends, family and entertainment and became an integral part of our wedding day. He was polite, sociable and creative and yet always knew when to blend into the background capturing candid shots that most people would struggle to find. We enjoyed conversations with him prior to the day and on the day and he was a pleasure to deal with throughout. Our wedding went really well and without any major incidents and this was thanks to the people we had around us including Jason. We hired Savage Photography for our recent wedding after looking at his instagram and portfolio we were impressed and the experience only got better. Jason was insightful and helpful at every stage. On the day he was a photography ninja and took some amazing candid shots of our guests arriving and mingling as well as some lovely getting ready shots. The group shots are chaotic trying to organise everybody but he got some truly beautiful posed and candid shots of everybody. We couldn’t be happier with the photos and the level of professionalism displayed on the day. We can't thank Jason enough for capturing our special day.
He is such a lovely chap, warm and friendly.
We booked his services almost a year ahead and he kept us fully informed all the way with scheduled video meetings and calls which took the stress away from us, and does his home work of the area and wedding venue, so knew exactly where he could get the best back drop.
He just fitted in like a member of the family putting everyone at ease. Our guests commented how approachable he was when they wanted additional photos.
His photographs.. wow, are so beautiful. From the formal shots to candid moments his brilliance with his camera has caught even the smallest of details, and captured our day in away that when we view them, we feel like we can be the guest at our own wedding and see all what they did. It's amazing, because as the bride and groom you are so caught up in the love of the day that you really do miss parts of the day.
So, from the first picture to the last we can now live one of our happiest day's over and over.
