Thiru came and had a look at my existing CCTV Recorder and Cameras and advised me that the CCTV Recorder would have to be replaced, as it was not recording and was faulty. He advised me that l could still use the existing Cameras and that he could supply and install a new CCTV Recorder. He gave me a quote, the same day, for the supply of a new CCTV Recorder and for the installation of the new CCTV Recorder. I accepted the quote and he came back the next day and installed the new CCTV Recorder. He also gave me new passwords to allow me to access to view the images on my new CCTV Recorder and to view the images on my Mobile Phone, as l was not given them by the previous installer. After the new CCTV Recorder was installed the images are now crystal clear, when compared with the images from the previous CCTV Recorder.After l had spent some time familiarising myself with the new CCTV Recorder, l has some questions which l had to ask Thiru about. Especially comparing our experience to our last engineer, his service has really stood out. The CCTV system itself is impressive, with two way audio, event detection that can be configured for each camera, and an option to enable/disable the strobe light/alarm.
