I have many years of experience working with tax return clients and small businesses. I can deal with everything for you from payroll, VAT returns and bookkeeping up to year-end accounts, tax planning and R and D claims. If you are unsure about a service, then please ask.
Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
I've met so many clients who have only decided to hire an accountant once they have got into a terrible muddle with their accounts - this can prove to be very expensive in terms of rectifying problems, receiving hefty penalties and being under enquiry. Equally, employing a bad accountant can cause you all sorts of headaches. It is much easier and less stressful to get it right from the start and know that you are in capable, experienced hands.
What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to help people and put their minds at rest when they are feeling out of their depth with their paperwork and tax planning.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I like working for myself in terms of the flexibility and being able to get involved in all aspects of running the business.
Why should our clients choose you?
I run a small business so understand the issues that my clients are facing. I take a very down to earth approach to dealing with my clients and explain things in a way that they can understand. I also have many years of experience, having worked in general practice and tax departments of some larger local accountants and solicitors.
