Sapphire falls is the best wedding planner & coordinator I could have asked for.
We had our wedding during Covid and it was tough with constant changes to regulations. But she handled everything with ease which gave us such peace of mind that we were going to have the best day. She was super encouraging and proactive and when it came to the actual day we had no worries. We were able to focus on just enjoying our wedding and we couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner and coordinator. I would highly recommend her a 1000 percent. More...

Sapphire Falls were so professional and made sure my day ran smoothly from start to finish. Our wedding coordinator went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, not just what we saw, but what we didn’t. There were moments where things didn’t go to plan, but thanks to her quick thinking and calm presence, we never even noticed. For example, when it turned out there weren’t enough decorations for all the tables, the lead coordinator personally went out to the shops to find the right items and made sure the final table matched beautifully with the rest. That kind of dedication made all the difference.

She truly took the pressure off us and handled the unexpected with grace, allowing us to fully enjoy the day without any stress. I can’t thank them enough for their professionalism, care, and attention to detail. Sapphire Falls is amazing and we were so blessed to have them.

If I could give Sapphire Falls more than 5 stars, I absolutely would.

They were nothing short of amazing from start to finish. They coordinated our wedding with such professionalism, precision, and care—they are honestly family to Sharon and I, and we will forever be grateful for their hard work on the day. Our guest list was predominantly Nigerian, which can sometimes come with its own set of challenges, but Sapphire Falls managed everyone with such ease and grace.

They kept everything running smoothly—ensuring all vendors arrived on time and left at the cut-off point, keeping us informed every step of the way, and managing the entire day seamlessly.

I would highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding or any large-scale event. I’m already thinking of booking them again for future events because working with them was that good. Trust me, you’ll be in excellent hands.

We offer virtual consultations, planning sessions, timeline reviews, and regular check-ins via video call, email, or phone—whatever works best for you.

This flexibility means we can support you no matter where you are in the world, while still ensuring everything is in place for a flawless in-person celebration.

At Sapphire Falls, the safety of our clients, guests, and team is a top priority. We continue to follow government guidance and industry best practices to ensure a safe planning and wedding day experience. This includes:

• Limiting unnecessary in-person contact during pre-wedding prep

Services

From “Yes” to “I do,” we support you every step of the way. Includes a detailed customized wedding timeline, wedding checklist, and monthly support via reminders, email, and phone to keep everything on track and stress-free.

At 4 months out, we step in as the main point of contact for all your wedding vendors—freeing you up to focus on enjoying the countdown. We handle all the logistics, questions, and updates so nothing falls through the cracks.

We run your rehearsal with precision so your wedding party knows exactly where to be and when. A smooth run-through ensures confidence and calm going into the big day.

Whether you’re going for a plated dinner or a buffet, we work closely with your caterer to ensure guests are fed within 30 minutes. Efficient, smooth, and stress-free mealtime management is our specialty.

We handle RSVPs and help you create a seamless seating chart. While we’ll source trusted vendors for invitations or RSVP tools, final payment and booking remain the couple’s responsibility

On the day, we’re your behind-the-scenes team making it all happen. With on-call support from 5am–1am and up to four experienced event specialists on-site, we ensure everything flows perfectly—from wake-up to the last dance.
