It's New Years Eve and Leo came a long way to change my lock. I didn't expect someone to come here without paying through the roof.
I explained my situation of just burying my Mum the previous day and that i must have lost them at the service. He was extremely compassionate and sympathised that I am going through a hard time. He came to my house within an hour or so, he was very quick and down to Earth.
He gave a fixed price and certainly didn't rip me off.
I couldn't recommend him more.

What do you love most about your job?
My favourite part of the job is helping people get back into their home when they're locked out. Getting them in quickly without causing damage is very satisfying.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been a police officer for over 22 years and felt it was time for a change. I've always been fascinated by locks and I've been working on them for years. I wanted to make locksmithing my full time career.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
If customers want me to wear Covid related PPE then of course I will. Customers don't have to have to be anywhere near me and all new locks and fittings are fresh out of the box.
