Sam was very professional, provided good communication and was friendly. His response time was very fast and he visited to price up the job, quoted a price that we were happy with (compared with several other quotes received) and included price options for just felling or felling plus removal of the tree, and returned on an agreed day shortly afterwards to carry out the work quietly and efficiently. He cut the tree into stove sized logs for burning, stacked them up for us and swept up leaving everything very neat and tidy. Sam has carried out a couple of jobs for us recently. First was to prune back two large sycamore trees which were beginning to interfere with telephone lines and the second was to remove two large conifer trees. Both jobs carried out to an excellent standard and at a very reasonable cost. After work was complete he removed everything and left all areas very tidy. Wow,wow,wow. What a brilliant service. Quoted for the job on Monday and it was completed on Thursday. Sam felled a very large Fur tree for a great price and left hardly any trace that he had been in my garden( obviously apart from the tree missing) Can’t recommend him enough👌👌

I can only give Sam a 5 star rating, if this rating went to 10 I would give 11. Very quick response to my query, he came out to have a look at my tree issue within 2 hours, he lives over an hour away from our property. Instant quote, which was very reasonable, a hand shake and the deal was done. He came with a mate the next day and started straight away. My friend was looking for someone to remove 2 very large trees from her small garden. She had a few responses from people who either never came or couldn’t do it? I found bark site and got a message from Sam very quickly! I passed my friends details to Sam and he contacted her immediately and gave her great advice and a quote. He called at the house to see the trees and confirmed his price and within the week he carried out the task! My friend was absolutely delighted with his work and couldn’t praise him enough!
