Excellent service and quality product. We have just replaced our garden sail and I cannot recommend Jamie and the team highly enough. The attention to detail is quite amazing, I can't tell you how many times we measured, remeasured and measured again on Jamie's instructions (even every corner is labelled). That said, you only get one chance at a bespoke purpose made sail - so it needs to be right. Avoid this company they are sharks.I ordered one of their products which was an exhaustive process, i followed all their instructions, installed the eyelets and gave them the measurements the asked for (I ran a construction business for years so know how to use a tape measure) they agreed the measurements I provided and input this into their software program. I received the product and installed it, they provided no specific instructions.It has been made too big and it wafts away in the wind like a flag!I went back to them and they blamed me, the fixed side against the wall is very loose as is all other dimensions. They now try to say that it's because the difference in heights between the uprights is not enough, yet they had all these before they agreed to produce it, if this didn't give enough fall / slope they knew this before and still they agreed to make it, yet now they are trying to blame me for it!Either they or their software have got it wrong and yet they areforcing me to claim it back from my credit card provider.They now want to try and subvert the consumer protection act regulations with their own terms and conditions which is illegal, the CPA states any terms that breach the CPA are unenforceable and in contravention of the law.
