What do you love most about your job?
Building relationships is critical to winning trust and providing the best service. I love to help my contacts with the providers I know who may be able to help them and many of these contacts become clients of Safe Hands, if they are not already. This is satisfying to help people.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Flexibility and freedom for me personally, although the main driver for the services chosen is to help business owners with the areas we have experienced first hand in most cases. It is great to provide support and see the outcome of the support provided.
Why should our clients choose you?
Safe Hands prioritises relationships; the services we offer are available by many providers, where we care about the impact of these services and the way they can benefit the business and the individuals within the business.

Our services are generally offered remotely, although as we love to build and strengthen relationships we like to meet from time-to-time. If we are not local to each other, we can still work closely, where technology helps. A cuppa and cake is always an added bonus if we are close enough to meet, in person, on occasion.

Payroll
We provide an individual Client Manager, as your one point of contact. The relationship is a priority to us to ensure we provide exactly what you and your employees and / or subcontractors require.

Our payroll service offers you submission to HMRC for your Payroll (PAYE) and / or Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) returns plus any pension returns required.
Your individual employees are provided with a secure portal to receive their regular pay-slips, after we have accurately calculated the payments and deductions.
A clear report is provided to you, to enable payments to to be made to each employee and to HMRC.
Please note: Our payment management service is an ideal add-on which works with our payroll service, as a complete service.
