What do you love most about your job?
The part of being a bookkeeper I enjoy most is when I get to be that “right hand” to my clients who are really great at their particular craft, but really do not like, or do not know how, to manage their business books. It is such a great feeling to know that I am a part of their success.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It is true that behind every successful man there is a woman. My wife inspired me to break from the 9-5 culture. I now have a perfect balance between work and family life.

Trustworthiness is one of the most vital qualities of a good bookkeeper. I am trustworthy, knowledgeable, and organised with time management.
I do not out-source my work. Everything is done by myself.

Mostly online bookkeeping after Covid-19. But I visit my clients on a regular basis be it monthly or quarterly. Face to face meetings allow me to resolve issues with sensitivity and empathy.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Clients behaviour is changing dramatically in the face of COVID-19. Despite cost of living going up, I have managed to keep my costs down as I work remotely whereby, I save travelling time and I can charge my clients less.
