I start with the end in mind. We visualise the outcome and set the goal, then work back to the present day to identify the first step that needs to be taken. I guide my clients step by step through the process so that the changes they make are gradual but means they sustain their gains in the long term! I'm there to motivate, support but most importantly to help my clients achieve their goals.
I do this through providing:
-Weekly check ins
-Personalised nutrition support
-A tailored exercise programme

It's about training smarter not harder! I promote training with weights alongside cardio as that's what helps you to sustain your weight. Lifting weights does not make you bulky! It helps you to be toned and keep it that way!
It's about moderation and balance, not strict dieting and eliminating foods. Being able to enjoy a fit, healthy lifestyle whilst still enjoying the finer things in life is possible!

Helping people achieve their goals. I find the most rewarding part is seeing a positive change in my clients, not just in terms of weight loss/body shape but also self confidence.

I went through my own transformation. I had always been a sporty person but I took on an office job and began living a sedentary lifestyle. I soon got into bad habits and gained weight. I was the most unfit I had ever been and fed up! I decided to make a change and started my fitness journey. I lost a total of 12kg over 6 months. But for me it wasn't purely about the weight loss. It was the fact that I had grown in self-confidence. Going through my own fitness journey made me realise I wanted to help others achieve the same results.

I truly understand the process of losing weight and toning up having been through it myself. Fitness starts in the mind. You can have access to the best nutrition plan and exercise programme and still not get results because the mindset is not right. I utilise techniques from my sport psychology background to help shift your mind-set, create sustainable habits and keep you motivated to reach your fitness goals.
