The contract started 12/02/2024, until today 10/02/2025, only half way through.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone at south penny lane builders for all your help .
The project was very smooth from the get go , and the quality of workmanship and attention to detail is brilliant. All the workmen cleared up there mess at the end of every day , the neighbours commented on how polite and considerate the lads was . Their knowledge and specialty for loft conversions is second to none and I couldn’t recommend them more .
We are so happy with end result , it is better than we could have imagined. Thanks once again!

Did a side return extension for us . The team were brilliant. Very professional and communicative throughout the project. The demolition and structural team worked like trojans , tidied up after themselves, and were very nice lads to have around , we really liked our project manager John who kept everything moving for us , the build finished within the estimated time frame . Huge thanks to the lads at south penny lane builders for all there hard work can’t thank use enough. Full windows refit throughout my home new patio doors installed new kitchen the craftsmanship perfect also thanks to Jenny for the design of our new kitchen it’s been done to very high spec our garage conversion and extension looks amazing plus our new utility room couldn’t be happier, I wouldn’t use anyone else now guys thanks again

South Penny lane builders very impressed with the work the lads have done. I had a steal beam inserted into my loft to cover the chimney stack,as they removed a full chimney for me. How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
An architect or surveyor will advise you whether your garage is suitable to convert ..
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Insulate garage walls , roof insulation,adding new windows and doors , heating and electrics , all for garage conversion…
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Check the available head hight over the stair case and landings. There also needs to be 2.2 between the top of the floor joists and the bottom of the ridge timber ..
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
Scaffold to be provided , and structural beams to be installed, dormer if wanted an velux windows , floor and wall insulation, access stair case between loft conversion and first floor , plaster board threw out and final finsh , skim ….
