I booked a slot last week to get my carpets cleaned and I actually got a reminder today that they were coming then I received a phone call not long after the reminder email saying I was out of their area and they had to cancel. Why did they not tell me this when I was booking. Cannot comment on their work as did not get a chance too but I certainly would not recommend. More...

Had the best experience with S-Line cleaning. Kris was so knowledgeable from first contact, we have a sofa and dinning chairs which have natural fibres, so I knew they needed delicate cleaning - Kris knew exactly how to clean them and has done a fantastic job, even getting out some food stains which I didn’t think would budge! My stair carpet and rug were heavily stained from our lovely new puppy, desperately in need of a deep clean. I would highly recommend this company. They offered a professional approach from start to finish. Excellent level of communication, with an almost instant response rate. The job was carried out in a very professional manner, by very polite & easily approachable guys that interacted well with myself providing a discussion of exactly what was included within the quote, and subsequently what was to be executed.
