What do you love most about your job?
The most rewarding part of my work is advocating for young people and ensuring their voices are not just heard, but acted upon. I’m passionate about breaking down barriers, challenging outdated systems, and creating real opportunities where young people can thrive. What inspired you to start your own business?
My own experiences shaped my passion for advocating for young people. I personally struggled in education and know firsthand what it’s like to face challenges in the workplace as a young person. I was told in school that I would never achieve anything, and I understand how it feels to be overlooked or underestimated.
Beyond my own journey, I’ve heard countless heartbreaking stories from young people across the country—those who feel unsupported in education, struggle to find meaningful employment, or face barriers in the workplace. I started my business because I want to be a voice for those young people, to challenge outdated systems, and to drive real change. By working with policymakers, employers, and organisations, I can help create opportunities where young people are truly valued, empowered, and given the chance to thrive.
