What do you love most about your job?
The job has different challenges every day you can come in in the morning and it will not be the same. You have to deal with a diverse work force and clients.
There is also a number of different tasks you have to undertake daily. from putting the kettle on in the morning to helping out in the yard to sorting transport this is on top of the main works of pricing works,
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working for myself and in control of how i want the company to perform in the standard of work we undertake. I pride myself that RYBM scaffolding have set the bar very high for performance and safety.

As we work outside this is not a problem our work force has undertaken tool box talks that have been issued to all scaffold companies through our accreditations.
