They were reliable and kept to promised timetable being polite and friendly and happy to keep us informed. Richard communicated well with his team, carefully monitoring quality and safety. They were happy to complete extra work identified during the job in a timely fashion. Although it wasn’t the cheapest quote we were very happy with the professionalism and completed work. In the spring Richard repaired the flat roof of my holiday chalet and I was so pleased with the work that I booked him to return in the autumn and put new felt on the main apex roof. The weather was challenging but he fitted the work in on a rare dry day and then with his team worked in the rain the next day to replace the inadequate guttering. The workmanship was excellent and the attention to detail was impressive - including the clearing up of every bit of debris. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and his team. More...
