Richard came highly recommended. I booked an inspection and he was on time, which is always a good start. He spent a proper amount of time looking at our roof. He employed a drone, look front and back and went up in the loft. He was very prompt in providing a quote back for the work alongside useful notes with observations. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. The whole team works incredibly hard to a fantastic standard. They use high quality materials for a perfect finish. Nothing is too much trouble and they are helpful and such a lovely, happy group of people. They also do a fantastic clean up when they’ve finished. Richard is incredibly professional and answers any queries immediately. He keeps you informed about progress throughout the job. His eye for detail and his strive for perfection is evident when you first meet him and continues all the way through the work. Richard was one of three quotes we got for repointing needing doing under our insurance. The price quoted was very reasonable and Richard was very professional. The boys worked hard and got the job done and tried hard to clean up the majority of a very messy job. The weather was challenging but he fitted the work in on a rare dry day and then with his team worked in the rain the next day to replace the inadequate guttering.
