Personal Trainers

I found Ruth on Bark back in December. Although I had several PTs reach out to me, it was Ruth’s warm, non-pushy response and the fact that she has a private space for training rather than being part of a big gym that appealed. I genuinely look forward to my sessions with Ruth where she’s really encouraging and always makes sure you’re progressing at a pace that leaves you feeling accomplished after every session. This is huge for me as I’m not naturally sporty or athletic at all. I’m seeing great results, too! I’ve lost fat, gained muscle and feel really good in my clothes again after years of not. Ruth provided me with a welcome pack that is tailored to my fitness goals and BMI which is really helpful. Alongside this, Ruth provided me with free access to an app which she adds clear workout instructions for me to head to the gym on my own once week, alongside PT sessions. Ruth has all the equipment and space for a really varied workout. I’d recommend Ruth to anyone looking for a PT in Sheffield and the surrounding areas! More...
