I offer transformational coaching for anyone who is looking to discover a path forward, be it in their career, family, relationships or just generally in life. I am particularly interested in working with young adults in their twenties and thirties, who may be going through a quarter-life crisis.

Life Coaching is all about you.

You will do most of the talking (and who doesn’t like talking about themselves!).

All I have to do is listen and guide you to find the answers that are there within you. I might share an observation or two, but you will do most of the work! In this solutions-centred society, finding someone who will just listen to your thoughts, dreams and worries, without advising, can be seen to be a luxury.

I have had a pretty squiggly career to date, having worked in Fashion, Marketing, designed jewellery, ran my own Events and Exhibition company, worked in Project Management and volunteered my time for Macmillan, school Parents’ Associations and currently for the Witness Service. I won’t mention the numbers of times I’ve tried to become a computer programmer…

I come to Life Coaching with a great deal of life experience and, as a mother of 2 professional girls in their twenties, have seen first-hand how hard this stage of life is in today’s world.

I am a naturally curious person and have often been told that my honesty makes me rather ‘to the point’ but also someone to be trusted! I will approach our sessions without judgement and work in partnership with you.

Together we will put together a design for your life so that it starts to make sense.
