What do you love most about your job?
What I enjoy most about the job is seeing a scaffold go up clean, safe, and right the first time — and knowing the client can get on with their work without delays or hassle. I take pride in doing things properly and leaving every job tidy. There’s real satisfaction in building something solid that people rely on, and nothing beats positive feedback from a happy customer.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After over 20 years in the trade, myself and my partner decided it was time to work for ourselves, build something of our own. I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t on site, and I wanted to offer a service where reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction actually come first. Starting our own business means we can take full pride in every job and give clients the kind of service we'd expect ourselves.

While scaffolding itself can’t be done remotely, I can provide online quotes, site assessments via photos, video or Google Earth, and quick responses to enquiries through phone, text, or email. If you send clear photos or drawings, I can often give an accurate estimate without needing an initial site visit. Fast, hassle-free communication to get your job moving.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We continue to follow good hygiene and distancing practices to keep customers safe. Tools and contact surfaces are cleaned regularly, and we minimise face-to-face contact wherever possible — quotes and communications can be handled online or over the phone.
