From the offset rocky was very professional and honest about what we needed doing. He provided a written quote, and once we accepted he gave us an estimated start date (which actually came sooner, to which we was thankful for as our roof was leaking causing damage inside the property) His team were very polite and helpful, even helping us carry our home delivery groceries inside as their van was blocking access. He gave us guarantees on all work carried out and did not once ask for deposits or anything which gave us a lot of confidence as we have previously had issues with other traders in this respect.
