I used RR external cleaning on 24th June to have my house and garage roofs cleaned. Initial view was it was a good job, however over the next two days following heavy rain, a significant leak was coming through an upstairs bedroom. Robert was reluctant to take responsibility and blamed the poor ridge tile pointing (of which little to none remained following the clean). A roofing company came out to look at the leak and found that the valley tray had been jet washed through. It cost me over £2k to have the ridge tiles repointed and the valley fixed. Robert subsequently admitted responsibility and promised a refund. I’m still waiting 8 weeks on despite several chases and promises it was coming. Would not recommend. More...

It was you who blamed the pointing ben. I sent you before pictures which showed the state of the pointing before the clean. I offered to come and sort the roof but you insisted on getting your roof guy which clearly ripped you off. You cannot get someone else to sort my job without letting me fix it first. I have plenty of excellent reviews and never had an issue. And if something happens then we fix it nit another company. Its that simple

The lads turned up promptly at agreed time, cracked on with the job (cleaning out gutters on a 2 storey semi) which was done well and at the agreed price, would recommend them and use them again.

My decking was extremely slippery due to built up moss / algae. RR cleaning did such an amazing job, the wood planks looks so clean, new and none slippery.
