We have a flat roofed house. Felt was lifting. Asked Russell to give us a quote. He took photos of orignal roof. He explained everything clearly and gave me the options open to us. He started working straight away and they just got on with job in hand. They cleared up afterwords. Just took a while for invoice with guarantee. But that was soon sorted. Royal Roofing Solutions have just completed some work on our roof by fitting a new dry ridge system and some general roof maintenance. Russell and his team are excellent in their trade and have done a great job. You are always kept informed of the progress and are shown pictures of any problems and what work has been done. Russell performed a drone inspection of the chimneys of a property we were looking to buy, after concerns raised about the maintenance of by our general survey.
The inspection was completed the very next day, high quality photos and videos shared with us and a detailed explanation around the state of chimneys. No concerns were found by Russell and only non-urgent maintenance was pointed out to us with a guide price as well which we appreciated. All for a very reasonable price.
