I just recently had the garden shed roof done by James and his team. He first arrived with no materials on the day despite having already seen the job weeks prior. He spent the morning shopping for materials. We still did not mind and got on with it. He had taken money for the shed door glass panel but never actually bought it, making false promises that he would come fit it later on in the week.

A day after the roof was done, the felt was flapping around the top. I immediately sent a photo to James and told him the felt has come off. This was a week ago, he had seen my msg but did not reply. He has now blocked my number as he simply cannot be bothered. Do not recommend at all. Save your money! AVOID More...

Really happy with James from Royal Oak homeimprovement did a great job on my Eucalyptus tree trimmed my hedge and removed an old dead tree stump will defiantly use him again

James is a hard worker and very polite. All rubbish was recycled responsibly.
