What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people to see their true potential. Once the blockers and barriers are broken down people start to see themselves through an alternative lens. I get so much satisfaction from this work because i deeply care about people's happiness.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Embarking on a MSc later on life has inspired me. With 22 years plus in business after an initial career in nursing, I am able to impart some wisdom with respect to career and professional goals and objectives. I have a fairly subjective view of the world and i also believe that this can help others to view things from an alternative or less fixed position.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am deeply empathetic. I care about my clients and will champion your success. My work is rooted in evidence based theories and frameworks and I have invested, and continue to, a lot in my professional and personal development. As a professional coach I also have coaching myself alongside supervision and psychotherapy to ensure that I am able to be present for you as my best self. These activities are a professional duty for me personally yet sadly not embarked upon often by the coaching profession. I do the work on myself to make certain I can do my best work with you.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Happy to adapt to client wishes if F2F. As most of my work is remote this is generally not an issue.
